Welcome to TibetTune. By creating an account or using the TibetTune application and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TibetTune.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Users may submit content including comments, dedications, playlists, artist information, and music uploads.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant TibetTune permission to store, display, stream, and distribute that content through the platform.
Artists are solely responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and ownership required to upload content.
Uploading copyrighted content without authorization is prohibited.
TibetTune reserves the right to remove content alleged to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store billing systems.
Subscription management, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app stores.
TibetTune may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
TibetTune is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TibetTune shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TibetTune after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
